Puppy Training - 6 Week Introductory Group Class
Puppy classes are now running again after lockdown, all in lower numbers and social distancing measures in place during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
*Please note the class starting 28th November will have a break over on the 19th and 26th December. Will resume after Christmas as per normal*
Puppyhood is an extremely important time to build the right foundation for future behaviour. If done correctly you can prevent many problems when your dog reaches adulthood.
Come and join a 6 weeks introductory group class which will focus on socialisation and is design to teach your puppy all the basic such as sitting, walking on a loose lead, come when called, and more. These puppy training classes also covers problem solving ideas for house breaking, jumping up at people, chewing and more.
We want to leave you with tips and information so you can continue the training away from the training ground. We will work through various skills to have your puppy walking nicely, coming back when called and behaving beautifully.
Puppy Home Visits
I also offer 121 puppy training in your home before he/she is fully vaccinated. This can set you up with a head start when it is time for socialising your puppy in class. We will focus on house training, biting, chewing, jumping, crate/ pen training and early socialisation. Training in your home is a one-to-one system, without the distraction of other dogs or the stress of being sent away for training classes for disrupting the others.
Ida is really great and full of knowledge. Toby caught on quickly and has improved a lot in the last few days.
Of course, where you are experiencing problems outside the home such as pulling on the lead or dog aggression, we will set up controlled training situations in the park or wherever is most practical.
