My name is Ida Welch and I have the privilege of working with dogs full time.

Over the last fifteen years I have been working with dogs in Spain, Sweden and England. I have worked with training and behaviour for the passed 10 years, and prior to that I worked with rescue and day care - which gave me a great understanding of dogs differences and needs.

Seeing and experienced how the dog training industry has developed is on of my biggest interest. I believe in a great relationships between humans and dogs.

The IMDT represents the cutting edge in reward-based dog training. All IMDT trainers use the most up-to-date science based dog training techniques that are proven to be effective and have the dog’s welfare at heart.

I have a OCN degree in the Principle of Dog training and behaviour.

I am also proud to have worked as an Assessor for the IMDT for the passed 5 years,!

Dog training is my biggest passion and I constantly work to improve my skills and techniques.
